Rhianna first took a serious interest in singing during high school when her choir teacher and musical director, Jodi Beach, helped foster Rhianna’s love of music and performing. From there, her love of singing only grew. Rhianna received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from Concordia University Chicago in 2013. During her time at Concordia, Rhianna was a part of the Kapelle choir conducted by Dr. Charles Brown, where she had the privilege to tour both nationally and internationally.  She was also a part of Concordia’s Laudate choir conducted by Dr. Maurice Boyer. She studied private voice under Sarah Beatty.  Rhianna went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education at DePaul University in 2016.  She is now working as an elementary school teacher for Chicago Public Schools.  Rhianna is beyond thrilled to be back in choir and performing with the Fox Chamber Singers!
